Heartly was born at the old EFR property on a frosty Valentine Day morning. That is his Mom Jessie in the photo below. He stayed with us until the spring when his owner moved away. In August 2008 Heartly was returned to the care of EFR where he will remain under the watchful eye of Vicki, and his new brothers Matthew and Spencer. Heartly is a gentle soul who is ready to learn with anyone who is willing to spend the time with him. However, this is a scary world and there are lots of things he is just not sure of, so riders need to approach new objects and situations with that in mind.
