Don't let his small size fool you, as a retired endurance racer, Neo is the strong, independent type who is happy to be first. Versatile and smart, he is growing as a teacher, and has become more willing to lead or follow, as the need arises. His brave and quietly quirky nature responds well to a soft approach. When dressed in either his very long winter coat or sleek summer wear, this little horse is beautiful, inside and out.

Joining the EFR team in February of 2008, his gentle, affectionate nature quickly touched the heart of his new human companion (can't say owner as we're not sure whether the horse or the human holds that title). The bond between the two has grown closer, and they enjoy sharing their time and horsemanship skills with students and summer campers alike.
