As Sacred Path is still in it's infancy, we are currently developing fund raising ideas. Keep a close eye on this page for firm dates and costs.

Fund raising events may be organized by any member with the boards approval.

Money raised will be spent on the betterment of our facility, scholarships, special training, adaptive aids and other programs.

The money raised will be divided: 60% towards programs, 30% returned to membership (Feather Points Program) and 10% on administrative cost.

IDEAS UNDER CREATION

1. Knots on a Rope: A four hour program to be run on Saturdays. Will give anyone an opportunity to discover basic horse knowledge... like intro to horses for the parent of current students... or giving students extra time to work on their Feather Level. This would be great for any one who wants some extra guided ground practice time. No riding involved.

2. Sleepover: Come in the evening and spend quality time with a horse ( riding, grooming, ground work, horse games etc), then after enjoying a campfire settle down in the cabin. Wakeup and have breakfast before spending more time with your horse.

3. Parent and Tot Time: The parent would come and have a lesson on horsemanship and leading. Then both parent and tot would come for a series of one hour sessions together. All supervized by experienced EFR helpers.

4. Reflections: A yearly event encompassing a showcase of riders, Bar-B-Que, live and silent auction, and other surprise goodies.

5. Calendar Sales: Beautiful photos from EFR. In the future will be a photo contest to determine which photos are published .
